Depending on the type of client, we adapt the models to adjust for: the industry, company stage, purpose, and complexity.

1st step - understand client’s goal

We develop models for 3 main reasons:

Once we understand the need, we move into understanding the industry and geography they operate and the current company size (larger companies have better data but more complexity).

Some clients need a basic model that they can manage and update, and some others need more complex. We don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach, but we customize case by case.

2nd step - understand the business model

A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value. It can be described through 9 building blocks:

  1. Customer Segments

  2. Value Propositions

  3. Channels

  4. Customer Relationships

  5. Revenue Streams

  6. Key Resources,

7)Key Activities

  1. Key Partnerships & Cost Structure.

On each new client, we map their business model to get an understanding of the way they operat,e or they aim to operate.
